The meat and by-products are separated during processing, and the finished product is supplied fresh or frozen to the consumer that same day.

From poultry to ready-to-eat meat

Due to its low cost and the recent history of poultry breeding, chicken is the meat that is most frequently consumed. Consequently, chicken meat is used in the most common method in the world for manufacturing semi-finished goods.

To do this, each worker must meet the requirements for this type of production and wear gloves that protect their fingertips from sharp objects. Each staff member has a well-balanced, well-edged knife.
The wings are the first to go. Each wing is cut according to the approved order of technology. This allows you to perfectly and precisely slice off each wing. Without stopping, the second group of workers takes the breast and legs from the body.

The production process takes into account the necessity for hygienic cleaning, which must occur often enough to meet sanitary epidemiological standards. Carcass sectioning is another task carried out by workers.
